Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
Return Request
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund depending on the situation.
Please note that used candles cannot be returned.
